1.1 How do I register (open an account) to start playing?

To register and open an account you need to provide the following information:
  • A username and a password (your choice)
  • A complete name
  • An e-mail address
  • A bonus code signal (optional, for concrete promotions)

It is very important that the information you provide us is valid. We use this information for our safety processes to guarantee that all users are above 18 years of age as well as to verify the ownership of credit cards etc. Furthermore, if the information is incorrect problems can arise with regards to payments within certain payout systems.

1.8 Can I open more than one account?

No. For security reasons it is allowed to have only one (1) FelizBingo account.
If you have more than one account, contact our Support Team in order to merge the accounts. If you do not merge the accounts your account may be closed and your balance will be confiscated.

1.9 How often should I login to my account to keep it active?

You only need to login at least once every 180 days. If you do not, we reserve the right to consider your account abandoned, it will be closed and there should be any remaining balance in the account it will be confiscated by the gaming authorities of the Maltese government.

1.10 How do I close my account?

You may close your account at any given time by contacting our Support team and requesting closure of the account. Before requesting an account closure make sure you have carried out the following conditions:
  • Pay out your balance from the account. If you should not do so, the remaining balance will be considered abandoned and you will loose it.
  • Complete all the games you have started and logoff from any game you may have started. If you have remaining tickets you had previously purchased, wait until the game finishes and that they have been played.
  • Make sure all financial transactions have not been returned by your financial intermediary.

2.1 What bonuses does FelizBingo offer?

FelizBingo rewards players with special bonuses (promotions) and prizes in the chat games. There are two kinds of bonus, according to the ways in which they may be used:

  1. FELIZ BONUS: These bonus allow for playing the bingo game and all other games on the website.
  2. BINGO BONUS: These bonus only allow for playing the bingo game.

You have the following bonus at your disposition:

Registration bonus: 5 pound bonus granted after completing the registration process (opening of an account). It counts as a Feliz Bonus.
First Deposit bonus: Free bonus for 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200 Pounds. It counts as a Bingo Bonus.
Deposit bonus:Bonus for 50% of every amount deposited in your Account after the first deposit. It is awarded every time a deposit is made. It counts as a Feliz Bonus.
Friend Bonus: The “sponsored” will be awarded a bonus for 10 Pounds each once the “sponsored”, has fulfilled the established terms and conditions. It counts as a Bingo Bonus.

2.2 What are the general conditions of obtaining and using bonuses?

  • These conditions apply to the Registration Bonus, First Deposit Bonus, Deposit Bonus and Friend Bonus and, unless otherwise specified, any other Bonus FelizBingo might offer in the future.
  • Feliz Bonus can be used both in Bingo and other FelizBbingo website games. Bingo Bonus can only be used in Felizbingo Bingo games.
  • When playing, the user is first spending his own credit, and once that is spent, he will be playing for the amount of the bonus.The bonus become available once the player's credit reaches 0 without it being the result of a payout.
  • A player acquires the status of a "real" player, that is, a player with the right to pay out profits only after making their first payment.. Therefore, the benefits a person obtains before making the first deposit will not be considered actual profits, and will thus have the same undefined status of bonus, even after the user makes his first deposit. Likewise, all profits gained after the first deposit will be considered real money profits, and therefore, may be paid out to the player’s account.
  • Deposits (payments) and profits can be reimbursed always and without condition or limitation (except in the case of minimal payout amounts). Bonus (both Feliz Bonus and Bingo Bonus) can never be paid out.
  • When a player requests a payout, no matter what the amount, his bonus accounts will be set to 0.
  • We reserve the right to pay out any bonus that are not used in a period of 90 days.
  • To be awarded bonus it is mandatory to correctly finalise the registration process and to accept and observe the Terms and Conditions of use.

2.3 If I have a “bonus code”,, how should I deposit the bonus into an account?

If it is a bonus code for new users
Insert the bonus code in the “Bonus Code ” box on the registration form.
If it is a registration code for all users and you are already registered
The bonus code can be activated in “deposits“. Once you have entered the bonus code (and met the conditions) funds will automatically be added to your account.

  • Be aware that all bonuses require a bonus code, for instance, bonuses associated with certain payment methods.
  • Be aware that promotions have special conditions that have to be met before being able to access your funds. These conditions are described in the bonus offer and vary depending on the promotion.

2.4 Are there ant penalties for paying out money associated to a bonus?

Yes, the “General Conditions to obtain and use bonuses” (2.2) need to be met:

3.1 How do you play bingo?

It’s very easy and fun! Buy bingo tickets
In order to play you have to buy bingo tickets in Quick buy or Advanced Buy. If you don’t know how to buy tickets, go to question 4.2. How do I buy bingo tickets?

Start of the game
The game will start when the stop watch located on the top right hand corner of the screen marks 00:00.

Information on the screen and entering numbers
The screen will show you a maximum of 6 tickets of the total of bingo tickets you have purchased.
The system will automatically track all the bingo tickets you have purchased and will tick the numbers at the same time they appear. It is not necessary for you to tick the numbers called directly onto the bingo tickets. However, you can tick the numbers yourself. In this case in order to establish the winner, the system will count the numbers that really were extracted, not the one you ticked. The system will always show the bingo tickets in the order of the closest to winning a prize.
The system will let you know if you have won and at the end of each game the warranty will be deposited directly into your account.

3.2 How is the amount of prize determined?

The total of prizes of each game is proportional to the number of bingo tickets played during a game. A part of the sales of bingo tickets goes towards prizes of the current game and another part goes towards jackpots. The more people play and the more bingo tickets are sold the bigger the prize money will be!

3.3 How will the winnings be paid?

All winnings are automatically stated in your account at the end of every game.

3.4 What happens if there is more than one winner?

If more than one person wins, the winnings are divided between the winners.

3.5 Can I change some of the screen options (configurations)?

After having entered into FelizBingo click on “My Account” where you will be able to see and update your account details: edit personal details, public profile, buddies, Game history and Transaction history. In the same menu there are cashier options: deposits, payouts and balance.

There are two ways to buy bingo tickets:

You can consult the metods available in Payment Methods. Be aware that MasterCard and voucher-based systems do not accept payouts. When possible, the best option is always to use the same payment method you used for the deposit.

5.10 Which is the minimum and maximum amount that can be paid out?

It is not possible to pay out any amount under 20 Pounds. Please consult the minimum and maximum amounts as well as the possible commission charges in paymetn methods.
Payouts superior than 300 Pounds require user identification through the following documentation and authorization system (See 5.13)

5.11 Are there any restrictions when requesting a payout?

You can always request a payout for the money you have deposited and for the prizes you have won.

5.12 Are any commissions charged when making a payout?

No, through most of the payment methods. If the payout is made with a bank transfer, your bank will deduct the relevant commission from your bank account.

To assure the security of our users, in order to pay out 300 Pounds or a superior amount toy will have to provide the following information:

5.16 In how many days will a payout be received?

It depends on the payout method you selected, in your case the receiving bank. In principle no processed payout should take more than 7 working days to be received.
